“My vape has stopped working, can i return it?”

Yes, we offer 3 months warranty on hardware only (kits, batteries & tanks). 

However any major visible damage on the exterior of the device will void this warranty.

“My new vape kit has arrived and I don’t like the look of it, can i return it?”

Unfortunately not, we are only able to offer returns on faulty devices as apposed to something not suitable.
